Vinaris.ge respects user privacy and is committed to protecting personal data. This policy explains what kinds of data we collect, how we use it, and what rights users have.

By using the Vinaris service you agree to this Privacy Policy.

Vinaris.ge collects only the data necessary to deliver and improve the service. This data includes:

Account data

• name;
• email address;
• sign-in information.

Communication data

• conversations held on the platform;
• user messages and requests.

Usage data

• service usage statistics;
• daily limit data;
• activity history on the platform.

Payment data

• transaction records;
• history of purchased credits.

Vehicle data

• VIN codes requested by the user;
• generated VIN reports.

When signing in with a Google account, Vinaris.ge receives only the basic profile information provided by Google:

• name;
• email address.

The collected data is used only for the following purposes:

• authenticating the user and managing the account;
• storing conversations and history;
• tracking usage limits;
• processing payments and managing transactions;
• generating VIN reports;
• improving service quality and ensuring security;
• providing technical support.

Vinaris.ge does not sell, rent or transfer users' personal data for commercial purposes.

Vinaris.ge uses trusted third-party providers to operate the service:

• Supabase, for authentication and database management;
• Google Gemini, for generating AI answers;
• Google OAuth, for signing in with an account;
• Bank of Georgia, for processing payments;
• VIN history providers, for obtaining vehicle history data;
• Meta (Facebook), for measuring the effectiveness of our advertising.

These parties process data only to the extent necessary to perform their respective function.

Vinaris.ge uses essential cookies, which are needed to:

• maintain the user's session;
• manage sign-in status;
• keep the platform working reliably.

Advertising and analytics cookies

Vinaris.ge uses the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited), a tool that measures how effective our advertising on Facebook and Instagram is. It stores cookies and sends Meta information about your visit.

The pixel transmits to Meta: the address of the page visited (on a public vehicle page this also contains the VIN), your IP address, and technical browser and device data. Chat content, passwords and payment details are not transmitted by the pixel.

Meta processes this data in accordance with its own policy and may transfer it outside Georgia and the European Union.

You can opt out of this tracking by blocking third-party cookies in your browser, by using the tracking-protection mode of your browser, or through the ad settings of your Facebook account.

User data is kept for as long as the account is active or as needed to deliver the service properly.

Account deletion is available directly in the service: Settings → Danger zone → Delete account. It takes effect immediately and requires confirmation. If you no longer have access to the service, send a request to info@vinaris.ge and we will delete the account within 30 days.

If an account is deleted:

• the main data associated with the user is deleted or anonymised;
• records required by law (for example, payment history) may be retained for the applicable period.

Users have the right to:

• request access to their personal data;
• request correction of inaccurate data;
• request deletion of their data;
• restrict certain processing in the cases provided by law.
