When signing in with a Google account, Vinaris.ge receives only the basic profile information provided by Google:

  • email address.

  • authenticating the user and managing the account;
  • storing conversations and history;
  • tracking usage limits;
  • processing payments and managing transactions;
  • generating VIN reports;
  • improving service quality and ensuring security;
  • providing technical support.

Vinaris.ge does not sell, rent or transfer users' personal data for commercial purposes.

3. Third-party services

Vinaris.ge uses trusted third-party providers to operate the service:

  • Supabase, for authentication and database management;
  • Google Gemini, for generating AI answers;
  • Google OAuth, for signing in with an account;
  • Bank of Georgia, for processing payments;
  • VIN history providers, for obtaining vehicle history data.

These parties process data only to the extent necessary to perform their respective function.

4. Cookies and session management

Vinaris.ge uses only essential cookies, which are needed to:

  • maintain the user's session;
  • manage sign-in status;
  • keep the platform working reliably.

Vinaris.ge does not use marketing or advertising tracking cookies.

5. Data retention and deletion

User data is kept for as long as the account is active or as needed to deliver the service properly.

If an account is deleted:

  • the main data associated with the user is deleted or anonymised;
  • records required by law (for example, payment history) may be retained for the applicable period.
