Vinaris.ge is an AI platform for car enthusiasts and car buyers that provides informational and analytical services related to vehicles.

The platform's main functions include:

• answering vehicle-related questions using artificial intelligence;
• decoding VIN codes and providing technical data;
• retrieving public and paid historical data about a vehicle's past;
• estimating customs clearance costs.

By using the Vinaris.ge service you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service.

You can register on Vinaris.ge:

• with an email address and password;
• with a phone number;
• through a Google account.

The user is fully responsible for:

• the security of their own account;
• the confidentiality of their sign-in details;
• any activity carried out within the account.

An account is personal and may not be transferred to or shared with a third party.

Certain Vinaris.ge services are available through paid credits.

Credits are purchased through the secure payment system of Bank of Georgia.

A credit is only consumed after the corresponding service (for example, a full VIN report) has been successfully delivered.

If a payment fails or is interrupted, no amount is charged and the order is not activated.

The conditions for returning credits and refunding payments are set out in the Vinaris.ge delivery and refund policy.

Vinaris.ge aims to provide the most accurate and reliable information possible, however:

• answers generated by artificial intelligence may contain errors or inaccuracies;
• public VIN history data is collected from open and third-party sources and may not be fully verified;
• customs calculator results are an estimate only and must not be treated as an official customs assessment.

For official and final information the user must verify with the relevant state or official sources (for example, rs.ge).

Independent verification is recommended before making significant financial, legal or technical decisions.

The Vinaris.ge service is provided to the user on an “as is” basis.

To the extent permitted by law, Vinaris.ge accepts no liability for:

• consequences arising from errors in the service or inaccuracies in the data;
• the outcome of decisions taken by the user;
• direct or indirect financial, commercial or other damage.

The user understands that information obtained on the platform is informational in nature and does not constitute a legal, financial or technical guarantee.

Vinaris.ge reserves the right to update or amend these Terms of Service at any time.

In the event of material changes, users will be notified in advance through the platform or by electronic communication.

Continued use of the service after updated terms are published is considered acceptance of those changes.
