Vinaris.ge is a Georgian AI platform for car enthusiasts and car buyers, built to make choosing, checking and buying a vehicle simpler, more transparent and more trustworthy.

Our mission is to combine modern artificial intelligence with official data sources so that users get fast, accurate and practical information about vehicles, and can make better-informed decisions.

Vinaris.ge offers innovative, practical services for evaluating and checking vehicles:

• AI consultant — an intelligent chat that helps you choose a car, assess it technically, analyse its reliability and make the right decision during the purchase.
• VIN check — a detailed decode of the vehicle's VIN using the official NHTSA vPIC database, including make, model, model year, engine type and factory equipment.
• Public history analysis — a search for information about the vehicle's past across auctions and other public sources. This data is informational and does not constitute official documentation.
• Full VIN report — a paid, detailed NMVTIS report covering the vehicle's title status, accident history, odometer records and every other essential detail about the car.
• Customs calculator — a fast and precise estimate of the vehicle's customs clearance cost, based on the current customs rates.

Vinaris invents nothing — every vehicle-specific fact comes straight from an official source, not from the AI's guess. We use:

• NHTSA vPIC — the free public VIN-decoding database of the US National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (make, model, year, engine, plant).
• NMVTIS — the central system of the US Department of Justice, the source of title status, odometer records and damage history.
• Georgia Revenue Service (rs.ge) — the current customs rates the clearance estimate is based on; always verify the final amount on rs.ge.
